Quality Control Across Varied Roof Types: Faced with the complexity of managing different roof types, including new construction, retrofit, and renovation, we implemented stringent quality control measures to ensure excellence across all projects.
Continuous Factory Development: AT&S embarked on the continuous construction of three factories. Phase III involved new construction, followed by the Satellite factory—a renovation project where we upgraded the existing TPO roofing system to meet Clean Room and FM Global requirements. The Brown Field factory renovation addressed the challenges of a rusty metal roof with leaks, replacing it with a TPO membrane and insulation to satisfy Clean Room standards.
Roofing System Performance: Acknowledging the necessity for long-term roofing performance, we provided and installed a TPO membrane roofing system that adheres to FM Global requirements, ensuring durability and compliance.
Overcoming Renovation Challenges: The renovation projects, particularly the Satellite factory and Brown Field factory, required careful planning and execution to renovate the roofing without disrupting ongoing factory operations. Our solutions ensured a watertight and air-tight roofing system, vital for the protection of valuable machinery and products during the renovation process.
