  • Project Name: AT&S Phase 1 Roofing System,Malaysia;
  • Project Duration:
  • PH1:2023~2024;
  • Project Size: 70,000m2;
  • Work Scope:
  • TPO membrane;
  • Self-adhered membrane as vapor barrier;
  • Rockwool insulation & extruded polystyrene insulation;
  • Torch-applied membrane on RC flat roof;
  • Roof drainage system;
  • Project Challenges & Highlights:
  • Diverse Roofing Quality Control: The project’s complexity required us to control the quality for various roof types, such as TPO membrane and torch-applied membrane roofs, ensuring all met our high standards.
  • Climate Adaptation: Malaysia’s tropical climate, with its high humidity and monsoon rains, posed a significant challenge. We developed a roofing system capable of withstanding these harsh conditions.
  • Clean Room Air Tightness: To meet the stringent air-tight requirements for the Clean Room, we sealed the roof metal deck with a self-adhered membrane, enhancing the air-tight performance.
  • Long-Term Roofing Performance: Acknowledging the need for durability, we supplied and installed a TPO membrane roofing system that meets FM Global requirements, ensuring long-term performance.
  • Overcoming Environmental Challenges: Our team of roofers and builders successfully overcame the environmental challenges and delivered a LONGEVITY TPO roofing system to AT&S, demonstrating our commitment to excellence despite difficult conditions.
